BASIC RULES

The exhibitor undertakes to promote the Show with advertising material provided by the promoter. 

The organizers of this show reserve the right to refuse or expel any exhibitor who does not comply with the rules or who does not fit into the objectives of the show.

These regulations are not necessarily exhaustive.

Any omission cannot result in failure to comply. There is an obligation to comply with the rules and regulations whether they are known or not.

LOGISTICS

Assembly/dismantling schedule

The schedule for assembly is Thursday from 16:00 p.m. to 23:00 p.m. and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 16:00 p.m.

Number of representatives

You are entitled to 4 passes per 10 x 10 booth and 2 passes per 5 x 10 or 4 x 8 booth.

You can purchase additional passes for $15,00 (plus taxes). Passes will be given to you at the entrance to the show.

Presentation of the kiosks

You are responsible for decorating your booths appropriately. If you have special needs (table, electricity, etc.), please notify us as soon as possible, as some items may be available in limited quantities.

Presentation of exhibitors

All booth representatives must be in costume.

SECURITY RULES

Please make sure to respect all safety rules of the city of Laval fire department.

We cannot be held responsible if your kiosk does not comply. The following basic rules do not in any way constitute an exhaustive list of safety rules.

BASIC RULES OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT

1- No smoking on show premises

2- No open flames on the show premises

3- Fireproof combustible decorations

4- Kiosks must be constructed of non-combustible or fire-retardant materials (fire-retardant fabrics meeting the can/ulc-s109-m87 standard), wood with a minimum thickness of 1/4 inch or be covered with fire-retardant paint meeting the can/ulc-s102m standard.

5- Fireproofing treatments must ensure that materials pass the match flame exposure test of NFPA Standard 701 and the Standard Methods of Fire Test for Flame-Resistant Textiles and Films .

6- Any dried vegetation or dry trees are prohibited.

7- The storage of combustible materials behind or between kiosks is prohibited. If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact us.
